Our Marco Island, Florida holiday/vacation rental waterfront home/villa property with heated pool, is just south of Naples Florida, and just forty two miles south of Ft Myers, International airport. Our waterfront holiday/vacation home/villa is on the water, and features access to the Gulf of Mexico.

We own
and manage our own rental property. We do have a couple of rules, No Pets and smoking outside of the home only!
Just a few advantages of renting a house verses a Condo. No elevators, No Stairways, No parking lots. No hunting for a parking space or having to remember where you parked your car. No kids ( other than your own) running in the hallways, or jumping on you in the pool. You can sun bathe in the attire of your choice. You can keep an eye on your children from within the comfort of your own house. You can invite friends over for a private pool party. The pool does not close unless you want it to. You can hang around the pool after you put the kids down for a nap, or to sleep for the night. You can fish from your own back yard.
