We do have
a couple of rules, No Pets and smoking outside
of the home only!

having to remember where you parked your car.
No kids ( other than your own)
running in the hallways, or jumping on you in the pool.
You can sun bathe in the attire of
your choice.
You can keep an eye on your children
from within the comfort of your own house.
You can invite friends over for a
private pool party. The pool does not close unless you want it to.
You can hang around the pool after you
put the kids down for a nap, or to sleep for the night.
You can fish from your own back yard.
